Any changes to the original scope of work must be approved by the customer before additional charges are applied.
3. Deposits and Payments
A deposit may be required before work begins.
Final payment is due upon completion of the project unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
4. Scheduling and Delays
Project schedules are estimated and may change due to weather, material availability, or unforeseen circumstances.
DLux Painting is not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Provide access to the work area during scheduled service times.
- Remove valuable or fragile items from the work area before the project begins.
- Ensure utilities such as water and electricity are available if needed.
6. Warranty
DLux Painting may provide a limited workmanship warranty for completed services. The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by moisture, leaks, structural defects, or customer negligence
- Previously repaired or unstable surfaces
Warranty details will be provided in writing where applicable.
7. Cancellations
Customers must provide at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Deposits may be non-refundable once materials have been purchased or work has started.
8. Liability
While we take reasonable precautions to protect your property, DLux Painting is not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage
- Issues caused by structural defects or hidden conditions
- Indirect or incidental damages
9. Intellectual Property
