SERVING ROCHESTER HILLS, MICHIGAN
Personalize your walls to suit your personality — not the builder-grade palette every house on the street started with. DLux Painting brings magazine-style color and finish work to Rochester Hills homes, backed by 100% five-star reviews since 2012 and Dan Liptak personally involved in every project.
EXCELLENCE IN EVERY COAT
This city is home to Meadow Brook Hall — 110 rooms built with the kind of interior detail and craftsmanship that earned it a National Historic Landmark designation. You don’t need a Tudor Revival mansion to deserve that same level of care in your own home. You need someone who treats your interior with the same attention, at the scale that actually fits your life.
Experience That Actually Shows
Since 2012, delivering color and finish work chosen with real intention, not the fastest option that gets the crew to the next job.
49 Five-Star Reviews, Not One Average One
Every homeowner who’s left a review walked away actually satisfied — not “fine with it,” genuinely happy with the result.
One Person, Start to Finish
Dan Liptak is personally involved in every project, so the level of care doesn’t drop once the first coat goes on.
Meadow Brook Hall proves that standard of craftsmanship already exists in this city. DLux Painting just brings it to the rest of the neighborhood.
HOW IT WORKS
A dedicated, transparent process from consultation to final walkthrough — the same six steps on every project, honestly priced before work begins.

“DLux Painting just completed interior painting for my home! I can't begin to tell you what an awesome job they did. Dan is wonderful! He is professional and he takes pride in his work, and cares about his customers. His paint edging is pristine, the house looks beautiful, and he made sure everything was cleaned up before he finished. I also thought his pricing was reasonable.”
Mark Hornibrook

The attention to detail, clean lines, and smooth finish made a huge difference in the overall look of my home. He communicated well, showed up on time, and made sure everything was done right. SERVING ROCHESTER HILLS, MICHIGAN
Rochester Hills is one of the most educated, established communities in Metro Detroit — home to professionals, Oakland University faculty and alumni, and households who’ve built careers here, not just moved in. It’s also home to Meadow Brook Hall, a National Historic Landmark known specifically for its interior craftsmanship. This is a community that already understands the difference between something done well and something done fast.
That’s exactly the standard DLux Painting holds itself to. Daniel Liptak believes trust is earned, and once earned, it’s meant to last — not something you win with one good job and coast on afterward. That’s the standard homeowners here can actually count on: quality that costs something, delivered by someone who intends to keep earning your trust long after the final coat.
WHAT HOMEOWNERS ASK BEFORE HIRING AN INTERIOR PAINTER
“What actually sets a professional job apart from an average one?”
Precision at every edge, proper prep before any color goes on, and a crew that treats your home like it matters — not just paint applied fast enough to move to the next job.
“What kind of paint and materials do you actually use?”
Professional-grade products chosen for the surface and the finish you want, not whatever’s cheapest to keep on the truck. Dan walks you through the options at your consultation.
“Can you work around my schedule, not the other way around?”
Yes. Dan builds the project timeline around your calendar at the consultation — not a fixed slot you have to rearrange your life to fit.
“Once you give me a timeline, can I actually count on it?”
Yes. The schedule set at your consultation is the schedule you get — no surprise delays, no “we’ll get to it eventually.”
